This correlation matrix provides the correlation between the gene pair scores of all pairs of omics datasets. For each pair of datasets, the correlations are based on gene pairs that are present in both datasets. High values in this matrix show that the scores in omics datasets can not be used as independent variables in a multivariate logistic regression.
